Pick the Wild Wasteland trait at character creation and New Vegas swaps some of its serious content for jokes: aliens with a laser pistol, a fridge with a skeleton in a fedora, a grumpy old lady with a rolling pin who mentions a certain Indiana Jones, and a lot more. It is the game telling you the easter eggs are a feature. This site is named after it.

How to find it

Character creation, Traits screen, pick Wild Wasteland. Then go looking: the crashed flying saucer north of Horowitz Farmstead is the loudest one.
